ENGLISH VERSION: This is what Donald Trump wrote about Iran yesterday: ”Open the damn strait you damn ass – or you’ll end up in hell!” It was another hysterical outburst from Trump. After that, Americans seem to have started to question the president’s mental health.

UPDATED ON APRIL 6 AT 4:30 PM:
I had hoped to avoid burdening myself and my readers with yet another post about Donald Trump for a few days . But when I read what the US President had written on his social platform Truth Social on Sunday morning (Easter Sunday), I was so upset that I couldn’t hold back any longer.
Donald Trump is currently the most dangerous link in our interconnected world.
I am not obsessed with Donald Trump, but I have come to realize that he is a dangerous man, not only for the United States but for the entire world. It is my duty – and everyone else’s – to point this out – even though I have no capacity to influence world politics.
But what Donald Trump is doing doesn’t just affect the United States. It affects us all. The world is now completely interconnected, intertwined, both politically and economically. Unfortunately, one of the most dangerous doctors is the current president of the United States.
Trump has written a lot of nonsense on his website.
Donald Trump has written a lot of nonsense on Truth Social. Everyone knows that – but until now most people have shrugged their shoulders, laughed at him or made fun of him. But since he completely unprovoked and for no reason whatsoever started his war of aggression against Iran, I, and many with me, have begun to realize that this man must be taken seriously, not for the nonsense he writes on Truth Social but for the consequences that his threats, insults and lack of political judgment can lead to.

A man who is at the forefront of a war and who is at the same time crazy, paranoid, totally unpredictable and incapable of judging his own actions, such a man must be wary of. Donald Trump is a dangerous person also because he does not shy away from any means to achieve what he has set out to achieve.
What made me so upset today was what he wrote on Truth Social on Sunday morning American time:

The person who writes like this is not in their right mind. First of all, his choice of words is not only provocative but also shocking. Calling his opponents ”you devilish asses who are going to hell” is not only unworthy of a president.

It’s unworthy of any civilized person. That’s just not how you express yourself. It doesn’t just hurt him. It casts dark shadows over the entire United States and it tarnishes the presidency.

Islamist extremists often call Christians and Jews ”dogs destined to burn in hell.” That’s already unpleasant. But it’s even more startling when the president of the United States uses the same kind of vocabulary.

Is the man sick? If so, he needs immediate medical attention. Is there no one among his employees who can tell him that in his position one should not behave in this way? No, no one dares. Everyone is terrified of him. No one dares to say anything critical because they know that they will be fired immediately. He has all the power in his hands.

Donald Trump has usurped more power than the US Constitution allows.

He has also usurped more power than the US Constitution allows. In other words, he does exactly what he pleases. You might be able to do that if you are a real estate billionaire in New York – but not if you are the President of the United States with responsibilities that extend far beyond the borders of the United States.

For example, he has started a devastating war without even asking Congress for permission. He does whatever he feels like at the moment. The combination of ”a lot of power” and ”mental and cognitive failure and poor grounding in reality” is a deadly combination!

So to the actual situation that Trump actually wrote about in his post on Truth Social on Sunday, namely what is going to happen on Tuesday. Well, that’s when the US and I are, substations, bridges, streets and roads. If they succeed in this, it will be a bonfire that the world will not soon forget.

Before I go any further, I’ll quote what a party friend of Donald Trump has said and written about the president in recent days. The party friend is Joe Walsh and is a former Republican congressman from Illinois. Walsh doesn’t share any nice things about Donald Trump. He writes, among other things, like this:
Donald Trump is a really stupid person, writes Joe Walsh

It is he – and he alone – who decides whether to press the ”red button” and launch a nuclear bomb at some adversary he dislikes. He does not need to ask Secretary of War Pete Hegseth or anyone else in the Pentagon, nor his national security adviser, nor Congress or the Supreme Court. Trump decides entirely alone over this deadly and devastating arsenal of weapons.
”There is therefore every reason to be concerned about Donald Trump in the White House. He, who is already crazy and dangerous, can, in a desperate situation, resort to nuclear weapons to end a war or conflict. Trump alone decides on the authority to start a nuclear war.”
No one, not even myself, dares to think about what might happen if Donald Trump were to one day become so desperate that he chooses to decide a war in this devastating way. The United States has already done it once. That was in 1945. Everyone knows what happened and how it went:

Harry S. Truman was the American president who decided in 1945 that two atomic bombs would be dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Image: Reddit

When Harry S Truman was later shown the images of the incredible devastation he and the US had caused, he decided never to use the atomic bomb again . No more atomic bombs were to be dropped unless he personally approved them. The bomb has never been used since, not by any nuclear-weapon state.

Nuclear weapons are humanity’s most devastating invention – but because they exist, there is also the risk that they could be used again by some crazy ruler who will stop at nothing – although experts still see and hope that this scenario is very unlikely.

A nuclear war will never end in the same way as a war fought with conventional weapons. A nuclear war ends with millions of people and animals being wiped out, with large parts of the Earth being destroyed and becoming uninhabitable forever.

Here is an example of what could happen if the United States were to be drawn into – or drawn into – a nuclear war. The example is the city of New York:

Giving such unpredictable, injudicious, and untrustworthy someone like Donald Trump such unchecked power over America’s nuclear weapons could therefore carry significant risks. We have seen once before in history what this led to.

I hope and believe that it will never happen again. Don’t let it happen again.
